Facade Project Manager

We are recruiting for a Façade Project Manager to join a Tier 1 main contractor on a high-profile re-cladding remediation project in South London. This is an excellent opportunity to take a lead role on a complex, safety-critical scheme with a contractor that has a strong pipeline of remediation works across London.

The Role

Lead and manage all façade remediation and re-cladding works on a large residential development.

Take responsibility for programme management, subcontractor coordination, and compliance with building safety legislation.

Work closely with the Commercial and Design Teams to resolve technical queries, sequencing issues, and compliance matters.

Oversee inspections, quality control, and ensure delivery to specification, budget, and programme.

Promote and enforce the highest health & safety standards across the site.

About You

Proven track record managing façade or cladding projects at Project Manager level.

Strong technical knowledge of re-cladding, fire remediation systems, curtain walling, and envelope works.

Excellent leadership skills with experience managing subcontractor performance, programme, and quality.

Proactive, commercially aware, and confident in liaising with clients, consultants, and design teams.
