Quality Assurance Manager

We are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager to join a Tier 1 main contractor on a high-profile re-cladding remediation project in South London. This is a key role ensuring all works are delivered to the highest quality and compliance standards on a complex scheme.

The Role

Oversee and implement the project's quality assurance and compliance strategy for façade remediation works.

Carry out inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure re-cladding works meet regulatory, fire safety, and client requirements.

Develop and manage QA systems, checklists, and reporting processes.

Work closely with Project and Design Teams to resolve technical queries and ensure buildability and compliance.

Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure quality standards are achieved throughout the project.

About You

Previous experience in quality assurance, ideally on façade, cladding, or remediation projects.

Strong knowledge of building regulations, fire safety compliance, and façade construction methods.

Skilled in implementing QA systems and monitoring subcontractor performance.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident liaising across site, design, and commercial teams.
