Konker is working with a well-established practice in Surrey that specialises in high-end residential design.

They are seeking a Project Architect to join the team and lead bespoke, design-driven projects.

As Project Architect, you’ll be responsible for leading schemes through all RIBA stages, from early design concepts through to technical detailing and contract administration.

The role of a Project Architect will see you preparing specifications and contract documents, while working primarily in AutoCAD, with opportunities to use SketchUp and Lumion where required.

The ideal candidate will have several years of post-qualification experience, preferably within high-end residential projects. Strong technical and detailing skills, alongside experience in contract administration, are essential. You should also be proficient in AutoCAD, fluent in English, and confident working collaboratively in a lively, fast-paced studio environment.
