Freelance Site Manager – Cladding
Location: Bridgwater
Rate: Up to £400 per day (Umbrella)
Contract: Inside IR35 – Umbrella only (no LTD / CIS)
Start: ASAP

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a large-scale project at Hinkley Point. This role requires someone with proven experience in managing cladding packages on major projects.

Key Requirements:

Demonstrable background as a Site Manager overseeing cladding works – this is essential
Strong experience in managing subcontractors on site
Excellent understanding of health & safety, quality, and compliance standards
Ability to take ownership of site activities and drive progress on programme
Availability to start at short notice (immediate or up to 1 week notice period)

This position is strictly for candidates who have direct cladding management experience as a Site Manager. If you do not meet this requirement, unfortunately you will not be considered.
