Rope Access Plater

Search are currently recruiting for qualified Platers with Rope Access Level 1 or 2 (IRATA) certification for an upcoming project. The successful candidates will be responsible for structural fabrication and plating activities carried out at height using rope access techniques. All work must be performed safely, efficiently and in accordance with health and safety standards.

Requirements
* IRATA Rope Access Level 1 or 2 – Valid and in date
* Recognised Plating/Fabrication apprenticeship or trade papers
* Offshore survival and medical certificates – BOSIET/FOET & OGUK Medical
* Strong experience in offshore structural plating/fabrication
* Confident working at height and in challenging offshore environments

Desirable:
* Previous offshore rope access plating experience
* Familiarity with hot work procedures and permit-to-work systems
* Competence in oxy-fuel cutting, grinding, and basic fabrication techniques
* Good teamwork and communication skills
