The Role

The Candidate

Experienced Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a background in high-end residential projects

Excellent with numbers, detail-oriented, and commercially astute

Skilled in cost control, valuations, and final accounts

Highly organised and proactive, comfortable in an office-based role

Able to deliver accurate pricing to ensure project profitability
