The Role
We’re looking for a driven Senior / Quantity Surveyor to be the first hire in a soon to be busy and growing department, focusing initially on housing projects. This role comes with a clear, fast-tracked progression plan to Commercial Director within 2 years, making it a rare opportunity for someone ambitious to step into senior leadership quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Cost planning, estimating, and procurement across housing developments

*

Managing budgets, valuations, variations, and financial reporting

*

Building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders

*

Supporting the company’s growth journey into larger commercial and hotel developments

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within housing / residential projects

*

Solid commercial and contractual knowledge (JCT preferred)

*

Strong negotiation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

*

Ambition to step into a Commercial Director role at pace
