About the Company:
Our client is a well-established multi-trade business operating across the central belt of Scotland, delivering a wide range of construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of projects, working closely with clients, suppliers, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for multi-trade projects

* Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates

* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain quotations and clarify project requirements

* Attend site visits and meetings as required

* Assist with tender submissions and contract negotiations

* Maintain and update cost databases and records

* Work collaboratively with project managers and the wider team to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Estimator within construction or a multi-trade environment

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

* Excellent numerical and analytical skills

* Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
