Our client, a civil engineering & earthworks contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team to work on projects throughout the North West. Project value ranges from £2m to £10m working across civil engineering, earthworks and remediation projects both as main contractor and sub-contractor.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

* Responsible for full project management life cycle

* Early contractor involvement

* Early client engagement

* Creation and management of budgets

* All project costings

* Construction phase planning

* Programming works short and long term

* Procurement

* Labour & Plant

* Management of subcontractors

* Health & Safety

* Quality

* Liaison with the client and stakeholders

* Weekly update meetings with operations director

Project Manager Requirements:

* Relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent)

* Civil Engineering & Earthworks

* Experienced project manager involved with early engagement, programming, budgeting, costings etc

* Excellent communication, people and team management skills
