We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 4-month contract in Bury. This role is key to ensuring the smooth delivery of our project and requires a professional with proven experience in cladding and rainscreen systems.
Role Overview:
Oversee subcontractors and manage day-to-day site operations
Ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
Coordinate schedules and monitor project progress
Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager
Strong knowledge of cladding and rainscreen systems
Valid SMSTS and First Aid certification
Excellent communication and leadership skills
