Site Manager – Interiors/Fit-Out
Location: Dublin (various sites)
Salary: €65,000 – €70,000 per year (DOE) + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
Contract: Full-time, Permanent | Monday-Friday | Start ASAP
About the role
We're hiring Site Managers to oversee and coordinate day-to-day on-site activities across multiple projects. You'll monitor daily progress, liaise with contractors, uphold quality standards, and ensure on-time delivery.
Key responsibilities
Take site measurements or agree hold-to dimensions with the main contractor where surveying isn't possible.
Monitor daily on-site progress and report to Project Managers and the Contracts Manager.
Liaise with other trades to coordinate works where multiple contractors are involved.
Oversee and coordinate all activities of company fitters and subcontractors on site.
Ensure all works are completed on schedule while maintaining required quality standards.
Use initiative to identify issues early and drive practical solutions.
Coordinate and oversee delivery of all materials to site.
Monitor Health & Safety and carry out safety checks on site.
Liaise with the main contractor to resolve issues swiftly.
Ensure project deadlines are met.
What we're looking for
Positive, proactive "can-do" attitude with strong personal and professional credibility.
Strong carpentry/joinery background (trade-qualified or time-served)
Experience as a Site Foreman or a senior carpenter, ready to step up
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to plan, prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
Effective team leader and team player-willing to step outside the role when required.
Strong IT skills, including spreadsheets, databases and other relevant software.
Calm under pressure with the ability to make sound, timely decisions.
SMSTS & First Aid training preferable.
Willingness to work extended hours when required to meet deadlines.
