Job Title: Assistant Site Manager – Housing Development 
Location: Dundee
Contract Type: Temporary (Holiday Cover – 1 Month)

Job Description:
A leading housebuilder is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a busy housing development site in Dundee. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity to work with a well-established developer known for high-quality residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the site

Ensuring all health & safety regulations are adhered to

Coordinating subcontractors and trades to meet project deadlines

Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks

Monitoring site progress and reporting back to senior management

Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the build

Requirements:

Valid SMSTS certification

Valid First Aid certificate

Proven experience in a similar role on residential developments

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage and motivate subcontractors on site

Duration: 4 weeks (Monday 29th September – Friday 24th October)
