As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll lead projects from day one – handling cost planning, tendering, procurement, valuations, and client meetings. You'll mentor junior staff, build strong relationships, and play a key role in growing the team and service offering.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
A RICS Accredited degree qualification
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
Strong Pre and post contract experience / Experience leading projects inception to completion
Public Sector or Local Authority or Residential project experienceWhat's on Offer?
