Finishing Foreman

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Finishing Foreman to support the delivery of high-quality internal finishes on a large new build residential project. The role involves supervising trades on site, driving quality standards, and ensuring units are ready for client handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise finishing trades (carpenters, decorators, tilers, flooring, kitchens, M&E second fix).

*

Check workmanship, raise snags, and ensure defects are closed out quickly.

*

Support the site team in achieving programme targets and handover dates.

*

Maintain site health & safety standards at all times.

*

Report progress and issues to the Finishing/Project Manager.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential new builds.

*

Strong eye for detail with good knowledge of finishing trades.

*

Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.

*

Valid CSCS card; SSSTS and First Aid desirable
