Site Manager

Job Description:

We’re currently looking for an experienced Site Manager with a carpentry background who is confident to sign off fire door installations.

Start date: 13 October

£270 Per Day

Duration: 6 Weeks

Bm Trada knowledge essential

Daily duties:

* Manage the build programme and ensure key milestones are met.

* Oversee daily site operations, including sub-contractor management.

* Monitor site health and safety compliance and drive continuous improvement.

* Maintain build quality, with particular attention to fire door installations.

* Sign off fire doors in compliance with regulations.

* Collaborate with internal and regional teams to resolve issues effectively.

About you:

* Carpentry background essential.

* SMSTS qualified with knowledge of fire door installation and sign-off procedures.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* In-depth knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices.

* Able to read and interpret construction drawings confidently.

* Previous experience with BM Trada prefered
