Technical Site Service Representative – Fibre Cement Cladding
Location: UK (field-based, national travel)
Salary: circa £40,000 + Sales Incentive Plan (20% bonus) + Benefits

They are looking for a Technical Site Service Representative to provide on-site product expertise, support installations, and deliver a first-class service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support for the installation of our cladding products.

*

Deliver toolbox talks, demonstrations, and training sessions for site operatives and contractors.

*

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure our products are installed to the highest standards.

*

Act as the key link between sales, technical teams, and site managers.

*

Support the wider sales team by helping ensure projects run smoothly and customers remain satisfied.

*

Contribute to sales growth by strengthening relationships with housebuilders and developers.

What They're Looking For

*

Background in construction, building products, or site-based technical support. (No experience in this role required, product training provided)

*

Confident communicator, able to train and advise site teams and contractors.

*

Practical, problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.

*

Ability to work independently, travel nationally, and manage your own schedule.

*

Knowledge of external cladding, façades, or similar construction materials (advantageous but not essential).

Salary: circa £40,000 – £45,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
