Supervisor / Foreman – Earthworks & Civils

📍 Location: Norwich – A47 Blofield (Tier 1 Contractor)
📅 Start Date: Immediate
💷 Pay: £27 – £28 per hour (CIS or Umbrella)

We are urgently recruiting for a Site Supervisor / Foreman to work on the A47 Blofield Dualling Scheme in Norwich. This is a high-profile National Highways infrastructure upgrade, delivered by a Tier 1 main contractor. The project includes carriageway widening, bulk earthworks, drainage, and new structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising daily site operations across civils and earthworks packages

*

Managing subcontractors and labour teams on site

*

Liaising with engineers and site management to maintain programme

*

Overseeing H&S compliance, permits, and site inductions

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in highways, earthworks, or major civils

*

SSSTS or SMSTS required

*

Good understanding of drawings and specification

*

CSCS (Gold or Black card preferred)

*

Excellent site coordination and team management skills
