Job Description
Our Client is seeking a motivated and sales-focused Business Development Representative to join their team in Newport. This role is key to driving sales growth and supporting expanding operations.
Responsibilities

Engage with leads via email and live chat to convert quotes into sales
*
Drive sales and retention by following up on customer enquiries
*
Process payments (cash, card, BACS) and manage credit control
*
Support the sales team in achieving targets
*
Collaborate with managers to deliver sales strategies

Requirements
*
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, telemarketing, or similar
*
Confident using CRM systems, email, and live chat
*
Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
*
Strong communication, resilience, and objection-handling skills
*
Flexible with rota’d shifts (including Saturdays every 2 weeks)
Schedule
*
40 hours per week
*
Monday–Sunday, shifts between 08:00–21:00
