Job Opportunity – Civils Labour & Supervision (BN15, West Sussex)

Enable Resourcing is preparing gangs and supervisors for upcoming civils works in the BN15 area (West Sussex). Mobilisation is expected late September / early October 2025 for circa six months. We’re now welcoming applications for:

Roles & Rates

* Civils Site Manager (SMSTS, NVQ) – £280/day

* Working Supervisor (SSSTS/SMSTS) – £230/day

* 360 Excavator Drivers (CPCS/NPORS) – £23/hour

* Skilled Groundworkers – £22/hour

* Multiskilled Groundworkers (formwork, steel fixing, concrete pour/finish) – £23/hour

* Groundworkers with Dumper (CPCS/NPORS) – £22/hour

Experience & Requirements

* Proven civils experience: ducting, drainage, kerbing.

* Competent with CAT scan and small tools.

* Concreting: formwork, steel fixing, pour and finish (for multiskilled roles).

* Valid certifications: CSCS and CPCS/NPORS where applicable.

* SSSTS/SMSTS preferred for supervisory/site management roles.

* Must hold the right to work in the UK and be reliable/commutable to BN15.
