Commercial Fire Sprinkler Estimator / Designer

Are you an experienced Commerical Fire Sprinkler Estimator/Designer looking for your next challenge?

We are delighted to be working with a leading, well-established fire protection business with ambitious growth plans.

The Role

As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and proposals for commercial sprinkler projects. You’ll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring technical requirements are met while supporting the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Reviewing technical requirements & preparing detailed cost estimates

✅ Measuring & quantifying sprinkler heads, pipework, etc.

✅ Carrying out site surveys and contract assessments

✅ Sending enquiries to the supply chain and preparing tender documentation

✅ Mentoring department trainees

✅ Supporting presentations and submittals

What we’re looking for:

🔹 Minimum 5 years’ experience in Commercial Fire Sprinkler Estimating or Design

🔹 Background in construction/MEP services

🔹 Familiarity with LPCB regulations (highly beneficial)

🔹 Knowledge of BSEN12845 (essential)

🔹 CAD proficiency (highly preferable)

🔹 Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
