Hays is working with a leading facilities management provider to recruit an Electrical Multi Skilled Engineer in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team supporting essential infrastructure in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.

Role Overview

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on M&E plant and building systems.
Inspect and maintain HVAC, fire alarms, plumbing, and lighting systems.
Oversee external contractors and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Respond to emergencies and complete repair records and work orders.
Promote energy efficiency and uphold company values and customer service standards.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Experience working in a Facilities Management/Maintenance Engineering role.
Experience with Reactive and PPM (Planned Maintenance)
A Qualification in either an Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
18th Edition required.
Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement.Overtime available
