As Building Surveyor Lead, you will:
Work closely with Directors to define and deliver the regional business plan.
Oversee resource management, operational planning, financial performance, and quality standards.
Drive local business development, cultivating both new and existing client relationships.
Champion innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other offices, sectors, and service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
Mentor and inspire team members, supporting graduate recruitment, APC programmes, and professional development.This is a chance to lead a well-established, sociable, and growing office while being recognised as a thought leader in your field.

They are seeking a commercially minded leader with:
A BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying or equivalent RICS-accredited degree; chartered status is ideal.
A strong professional profile in the Northeast with proven experience at senior level.
Experience across diverse sectors (Local Authority, Education, Healthcare, Residential, Industrial).
A track record of winning and delivering new business opportunities, including bid and tender preparation.
Excellent operational management skills, including financial control and resource planning.
Proven team leadership and coaching experience, with the ability to inspire and manage performance.
A deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and client drivers.
