Architectural Technologist

Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join an architectural practice in central Nottingham.
 
This is a four-day working week role, you’ll work 32 hours but be paid for 37.5, giving you a healthier work-life balance without sacrificing your earnings.
 
The position is suited to someone at an intermediate stage of their career who is confident in Revit and keen to develop further responsibility. 

Current projects span across data centres, office developments, training centres, large private homes, and small housing estates.

You will be offered excellent exposure for someone looking to broaden their portfolio and step up in their career.
 
The Role: Architectural Technologist

Develop and deliver detailed design and technical drawing packages
Work confidently in Revit and contribute to BIM workflows
Apply knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams
Take ownership of your work while contributing to a collaborative studio culture Salary & Benefits

£30,000 – £38,000 depending on experience
Four-day working week (32 hours paid as 37.5)
23 days annual leave + bank/public holidays
