Excellent opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a well-established traditional housebuilder in a diverse role where you will work on a variety of residential developments. This family-run housebuilder prides itself on producing a variety of private and social housing developments in and around Lincolnshire. Their developments include a range of properties, from apartments through to 5-bedroom homes. With a strong pipeline of both private and social developments, they are looking for a creative Architectural Technician to join their Design team. Candidates with experience in housebuilders or consultancy environments are welcome to apply.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing around two developments, including preparing planning and construction drawings as well as building regulation documents. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to house type design and bring forward your own creative ideas. Working alongside a team of experienced Architectural Technicians, you'll continue to develop and expand your skillset.
The ideal candidate will be an Architectural Technician with experience in residential projects, proficient in AutoCAD, and with a solid understanding of Building Regulations.

Architectural Technician
Creating drawings for residential developments and producing building regulations documentation
Liaising with site to resolve any design queries
Access additional training and development both internally and externally
The person:
Experience working on residential projects, either within a housebuilder or consultancy environment
Proficient in AutoCAD with experience producing drawings
Looking for an exciting role with development opportunities
Full UK Driving License
