Job Title: Construction Project Manager – £15m Industrial & Logistics Scheme
Location: Bromley-by-Bow, East London

About the Project
You will lead the delivery of an ambitious £15 million ultra-urban industrial and logistics development in Bromley-by-Bow, East London. The site, formerly a cement works, is being transformed into approximately 25,500 sqm of terraced sustainable, future-proof industrial / logistics space.
Role & Responsibilities
As Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing all phases of delivery from pre-construction to completion
* Managing contractors, subcontractors, procurement, programming, cost control and quality
* Ensuring the project meets health & safety, environmental, sustainability and compliance targets
* Coordinating with architects, engineers, civil works, landscape, sustainability and services teams
* Managing stakeholder relationships including local authority, communities, and client
* Mitigating risks, resolving site issues and adapting to changing circumstances
* Ensuring the scheme is delivered on schedule, within budget and to specification
* Leading, mentoring and managing the delivery team
Candidate Requirements & Experience
We are looking for candidates who:
* Have proven experience managing industrial / logistics or large mixed commercial construction projects (preferably £10m+ scale)
* Have a strong track record of delivering on time, within budget, and to high quality and sustainability standards
* Possess excellent technical, commercial, contract and procurement skills
* Understand sustainability / net-zero / low-carbon design principles and delivery
* Are comfortable dealing with urban constraints, tight sites, interfaces with neighboring properties and complex logistics
* Have strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Are proficient in risk management, cost control, programming tools and site safety systems
A relevant construction / civil / building degree or equivalent qualification is preferred; chartered status (or near) is a plus.
