Manage and deliver on a range of education and residential projects from inception through to completion
Carry out site visits and meetings to ensure technical compliance is achieved
Prepare and submit planning applications
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop strong working relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

Degree within architectural technology
Relevant post qualification experience within a UK practice
Revit proficiency
Experience working on projects within the residential sector
Education sector experience would be advantageous
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
