🔧 What You’ll Do

* Lead BIM coordination across projects from concept design to delivery

* Manage resources, workflows, and ensure smooth, efficient delivery

* Develop and refine studio-wide BIM standards, templates & content

* Provide hands-on training and day-to-day support to design teams

* Carry out clash detection, model audits, and issue tracking

* Guarantee compliance with both studio protocols & national BIM standards

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration

* Be the studio’s trusted BIM problem-solver and innovator

✅ What They’re Looking For

* Proven BIM Coordinator / Digital Design experience in architecture

* Expert Revit skills and deep knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards

* Familiarity with Navisworks, visualisation tools, and Adobe Creative Suite

* Excellent communicator and natural problem-solver

* A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for digital design innovation
