Our client are a well-established and financially robust local contractor based in West Yorkshire, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their dynamic team.

With a turnover of c£20m, they specialise in delivering high-quality new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m across diverse sectors, including industrial and commercial

The successful candidate will play a vital role in preparing accurate and competitive tenders, analysing project specifications, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

They should possess a strong understanding of main contracting processes and have a proven track record of pricing projects into the millions, demonstrating both technical expertise and commercial acumen.

The ideal candidate will have;

Experience as an Estimator within a main contractor environment

Proven ability to price projects up to several million pounds across various sectors

Strong understanding of construction costs, subcontractor negotiations, and procurement practices

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tender submissions simultaneously

A relevant qualification in construction
