With a growing pipeline of work, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their Bristol office.
The Role
As a Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the pre-construction team, managing the preparation of accurate and competitive tenders. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing detailed cost estimates for refurbishment projects

Leading the bid process and coordinating tender submissions
*
Analysing drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare estimates
*
Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
*
Supporting strategic decision-making to secure profitable work for the business

The Person
We are looking for an individual who brings:

Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry (ideally refurbishment-focused)

Strong knowledge of building methods, materials, and regulations
*
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
*
Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines
*
A proactive, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills
