They are now seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to take the lead on high-profile schemes from inception to completion.
The Role
As a Senior MEP Project Manager, you will oversee all mechanical, electrical, and public health services across multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the MEP strategy and execution for MOD and Data Centre projects

Managing project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure deadlines and budgets are met
*
Overseeing design development and ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations
*
Driving quality, safety, and efficiency across all MEP elements
*
Building strong client relationships and acting as a key point of contact throughout project delivery

The Person
We are looking for a professional who brings:

Extensive experience in managing large-scale MEP projects within construction

Strong background in MOD and/or Data Centre projects (essential)
