The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a skilled Stock Condition Surveyor to join their team, supporting property operations across the Bristol and Wiltshire regions. This is a hybrid role offering a mix of site-based surveys, office collaboration, and home working.

Key Responsibilities
As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will:

Conduct detailed stock condition surveys, RdSAP energy assessments, and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) inspections across the housing portfolio.
Use mobile technology to collect and validate property data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with the survey management team to interpret data and support strategic investment planning.
Play a vital role in ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes for residents.What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:

Proven experience conducting stock condition surveys in both occupied and void properties, including communal areas.
Strong knowledge of RdSAP, HHSRS, and the Decent Homes Standard.
Familiarity with asset management systems and mobile data capture tools.
A track record of delivering excellent customer service in complex environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
Experience working to deadlines and achieving targets independently and through team collaboration.A qualification such as HND/HNC in Building Studies or equivalent is desirable but not essential
