Working Foreman – Carpenter

Experienced Carpenter Foreman required in Devon to work on social housing maintenance projects, planned works. You will be doing all aspects of maintenance work with a main focus on Carpentry on the tools with a view of progressing into a Supervisory role. 

No qualifications required, just a real passion for providing a top service to customers with regards to customer service and trade ability. 

This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £38,000 per annum plus a van and fuel card. 

Foreman Day to Day:

Various planned maintenance work on domestic properties
Planned works – Schools, maintenance, kitchens and bathrooms etc.
Mainly carpentry work but including other trades too when required
Managing a small team of trades 
Progressing your career in construction management
Travelling to different sites in Devon in the work van 

Foreman Requirements:

Good carpentry experience 
Previous experience working within social housing
A keenness to progress your supervisory career
Good attitude
Honest and reliable
Full UK driving license
DBS will be required
