Quantity Surveyor & Estimator
Location: Tower Bridge (office-based)
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

The Role:
We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor & Estimator to join our clients busy construction team in London. This role combines estimating and cost management responsibilities, offering the chance to take ownership of tenders, budgets, valuations, and final accounts across a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage tender preparation, subcontractor packages, and cost evaluations.

* Lead contract cost management including valuations, forecasting, and reporting.

* Provide accurate cost advice and support value engineering with Project Managers.

* Oversee budgets, specifications, and contract administration.

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to required standards.

* Build strong client relationships and represent the business professionally.

About You:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent); RICS/CIOB membership desirable.

* Proven QS experience in construction, including estimating and cost control.

* Skilled in tender documentation, valuations, and contract management.

* Strong Excel and financial forecasting abilities.

* Knowledge of construction legislation (CDM, Building Regs, etc.).

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

* Full driving licence desirable; flexibility to work occasional extra hours.
