Contract Role, 8am-5pm, (hourly rate depending upon experience)

With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Social Housing organisation who are looking for a Damp & Mould Surveyor based in and around Bristol. 

Day to Day:  

Take ownership of a large Damp & Mould case, as well as HHSRS. 
Complete detailed reports, identifying defects, risks and ensuring proactive remediations are in place. 
Support the responsive repairs and empty homes delivery teams with technical knowledge  

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):  

Strong knowledge surrounding HHSRS risks and compliance. 
Experience working in social housing  
Must have experience carrying out Damp, Mould & Condensation surveys.
