Supervisor (Voids)

Permanent – Full Time

We are looking to recruit a Voids Supervisor to join us, based in Basildon, Essex.

About the Role

Joining us as a Voids Supervisor, you will be part of a team that manage the day-to day operations on void projects within the social housing sector, driving excellent service standards and achievement of KPI’s. You will assess resource requirements and support the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all team objectives are met within overall time, cost and budget constraints.

Key attributes to this role are as follows:

· Social Housing experience, specifically void experience

· Operational management experience/service delivery in trade role – managing operatives and subcontractors’ performance and KPIs.

· Delivering a compliant, safe and resilient service.

· Competent is use of standard methods of measurement

· Carry out property inspections and snagging to ensure work meets company and client standards

· Delivering services within budget.

About You

You must hold a level 3 trade qualification and skilled workers or supervisor CSCS card. Hold a SSSTS or SMSTS certification. Have operational management experience, you’ll have a strong track record of managing multi-site workforces. You will need to have good communication & IT skills.

You must hold a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
