Title: Buying & Commercial Coordinator

Location: Hillingdon

Salary: £30k to £40k

We are now recruiting for a Buying & Commercial Coordinator to join our Projects & Construction team. This new role is critical to helping us elevate our build operations while maintaining our exacting standards and white-glove service.

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with our Construction Director and Site Team, you’ll:

* Collaborate with key suppliers, tradespeople, and our internal delivery team.

* Source and procure specialist materials for bespoke pool projects.

* Support accurate cost planning, measurement, and take-offs from drawings.

* Track project budgets and support delivery within commercial targets.

* Help maintain clear and proactive communication across the team and with trusted contractors.

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in construction procurement or buying, ideally in specialist/domestic high-end projects.

* A good working knowledge of building materials and reading construction drawings.

* An eye for detail, organisation, and clear communication.

* Full UK driving licence is essential.
