Our client, a growing and highly respected Passive Fire Protection company, is looking to recruit an experienced Passive Fire Surveyor to join their expanding team. About the Role:

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality fire surveys across a range of properties, with a focus on local authority and housing association accommodation. The role will involve travel to client sites, conducting detailed surveys, producing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out comprehensive passive fire surveys across a variety of properties.

* Ensuring compliance with relevant fire safety standards and regulations.

* Preparing accurate and detailed reports.

* Working closely with project teams to advise on remedial works.

* Maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Passive Fire Surveyor, ideally within local authority and housing association settings.

* Accreditation with BM Trada and/or FIRAS.

* Strong knowledge of passive fire protection legislation and best practice.

* Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills.

* Flexibility to travel as required.
