Flat Roof Contracts Manager

A highly regarded specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in Flat Roofing to oversee commercial and industrial roofing projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically confident and commercially astute professional to take ownership of multiple live sites and deliver projects to the highest standards of safety, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the management and delivery of Flat Roofing projects (including single ply, built-up felt, hot melt, liquid systems, green roofs, and associated works) from pre-construction through to completion.

Oversee multiple live sites simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the specified quality.

Manage client relationships, attend progress meetings, and act as the primary point of contact for all contractual and technical matters.

*

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflows and safe working practices.

*

Monitor and control project budgets, variations, and contract documentation.

*

Ensure full compliance with H&S regulations and company quality standards.

Requirements

Proven track record managing Flat Roofing projects (commercial, industrial, or large-scale residential).

*

Excellent understanding of flat roofing systems (e.g., single ply, hot melt, liquid waterproofing, built-up felt).

*

Strong commercial and contractual awareness with experience managing budgets and client expectations.

*

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South East
