Key responsibilities of the Building Surveyor:

Lead and deliver on major refurbishments, technical due diligence, and dilapidations instructions
Advise and influence landlords, tenants, investors, and occupiers with clear, commercially astute guidance
Take ownership of PPMs, defect analysis, and commercial building surveys with precision and impact
Collaborate across disciplines, working alongside some of the best in the industry
Build long-term relationships, driving growth and shaping the future of the practiceRequirements:

MRICS qualified, ideally with 1-2 years' PQE
Track record as lead consultant, contract administrator, or employer's agent
Excellent communicator, able to inspire trust and credibility
Strong technical expertise across dilapidations, TDD, and PPMs
Commercially minded, detail-focused, and confident working independently
Flexible to travel across the UK (full driving licence required)In this you'll get:
