Mechanical Site Manager – Commercial Fit-Out Projects

A respected and long-standing air conditioning contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee multiple commercial fit-out projects across London. This role starts at the beginning of October, with long-term and permanent opportunities available for the right candidate.

Mechanical Site Manager's Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate commercial fit-out projects across London.
Manage teams of duct fitters, refrigeration engineers, and air conditioning engineers.
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce health & safety compliance.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.Mechanical Site Manager's Essential Requirements:

Strong mechanical trade back ground (air conditioning or refrigeration preferred).

Valid CSCS card.
First Aid.
Proven experience supervising teams on commercial projects.Package:

Up to £280 a day, depending on experience.
Standard site hours: 8 am-5 pm.
