Lead projects through RIBA Stages 1-6
Develop initial design concepts into detailed technical packages
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and planning authorities
Manage project programmes, budgets, and deadlines
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and construction standards
Use Revit daily as a primary design and documentation toolIdeal Candidate

ARB registered (essential)
Previous experience in a UK architectural practice
Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Ability to balance multiple project demands with confidence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for high-quality, sustainable architecture
