Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Site Manager to work for our clients Commercial and Residential projects in Sheffield. You will be managing the drylining and Plastering packages, delivering high speck finishes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing delivery of the drylining package, managing trades staff, overseeing paperwork and providing detailed reports on work carried out with experience in drylining and internals being essential.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise the drylining package on site, ensuring high-quality standards

* Oversee health and safety protocols on-site

* Coordinate with subcontractors, trades and the main contractor

* Report project progress to the main contractor

* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project and works delivered on time.

Key Requirements:

* Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification

* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Black card

* First Aid Aid at Work certification

Rate of Pay:

£290 – £310 per shift
