They are looking for An Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support thier commercial team and manager whilst also learning from more experienced staff. They arent looking for someone who has extensive experience, but knowlegde of estimating, quantity surveying or even if you have set within a commercial team before, we want to hear from you.

About You

* Ability to review plans and drawings to prepare detailed and accurate BoQ’s

* Negotiating with Suppliers & Subcontractors

* Analytical skills to review & control budgets and make improvements

* Building and maintaining relationships with Clients & Colleagues

* Time Management skills to deal with fast paced programmes and to manage workload

* Office based role with travel to sites when required

* Liaising and working collaboratively with others
