Your new role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Void Surveyor to join a social housing improvement team based in the Greater Oxford and wider Oxfordshire region. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and assessing vacant properties, ensuring they meet the required standards for re-letting. Your expertise will help to ensure of safe, clean, and well-maintained homes for the community.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate experience working in a void / empty homes role, within a social housing environment. A HNC, HND or equivalent qualification within construction, or a degree in building surveying (or similar), will be required.
What you’ll get in return
In return, you will be able to work flexibly across the duration of your contract, which includes working from home options. This position will pay a competitive daily rate of pay, on a weekly basis. In addition, your contract is likely to continue to extend, and may also progress into a permanent role.
