Overview

Curo Construction is seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join the team on a large-scale residential development in Gravesend. The project consists of 250 new-build residential units, and we require someone who can drive the finishing stages to a high standard, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all finishing works on-site, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Manage snagging and handover processes.

*

Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to complete works on time.

*

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

*

Report progress to the site/project manager.

*

Maintain strong attention to detail across all aspects of finishing.

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on large-scale residential developments.

*

Strong organisational and communication skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple trades and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

*

Up-to-date knowledge of construction and H&S regulations.

*

CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS preferred
