Senior Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a well-established main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects across the South West. This contractor specialises in a wide range of sectors, including commercial, education, residential, healthcare, and community developments, consistently delivering projects to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

The Role

As a Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to exacting standards. You will be working on a variety of projects, all within an hour of Bristol. Key responsibilities include:

Leading the site team and managing subcontractors.

Overseeing all health, safety, and compliance on site.

*

Managing programmes, progress, and quality assurance.

*

Liaising with clients, consultants, and the wider project team.

*

Driving delivery to meet deadlines and maintaining strong site records.

Requirements

*

SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid – essential.

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager in the construction sector.

*

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

*

A track record of delivering high-quality projects across commercial or mixed-use developments.
