Site Manager – Modular Projects
Location: Birchington-on-Sea
Rate: £250 per day

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a modular build project in Birchington-on-Sea. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong modular installation and fit-out experience who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered to programme and quality standards.

Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities efficiently.

Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations.

Requirements:

Demonstrable background in modular construction, including install and internal fit-out.

Valid SMSTS certificate.

Black CSCS Manager's Card.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
