Our client, a highly respected Chartered Architectural Practice, is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join their growing Farringdon based London studio.

Senior Architect Salary & Benefits
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Senior Architect Job Overview
Lead and deliver projects across all RIBA stages, from feasibility and design development through to technical delivery and construction
Take ownership of commercial new build schemes, with additional exposure to residential and laboratory projects.
Develop and present design concepts, technical drawings and specifications using Revit.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors, ensuring clear and proactive communication throughout each project.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
Senior Architect Job Requirements
ARB-registered Architect with proven experience across all RIBA stages.
Live within a commutable distnace of Farringdon, London
Experienece in the Commercial sector is advantageous.
Experience in Residential work is also highly advantageous.
Proficient in Revit
Excellent technical design and detailing skills, with the ability to oversee full construction documentation and specifications.The successful candidate will gain full involvement across all RIBA stages, contributing primarily to industrial and commercial new build developments, while also engaging with residential projects and university laboratory facilities. This is a hands-on role, offering responsibility from concept through to completion, with the chance to work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and colleagues.
