Civils Site Agent – Major Industrial Development (East Anglia)

We are working exclusively on a fantastic opportunity to join a growing self-delivery construction business that forms part of a highly successful development group. With a secured pipeline of 7 million sq. ft. of industrial schemes over the next 7 years, this business is investing heavily in its in-house construction capability.

This is an excellent chance for an ambitious Civils Site Manager to take ownership of significant projects, with long-term career prospects as the business continues to expand across East Anglia.

The Role:

* Oversee civils works across multiple industrial units in East Anglia (first 3 units starting immediately, with 8 more commencing in Q4).

* Manage delivery of S278 works including infrastructure, utilities, earthworks, cut & fill, berms and swales (SuDS), as well as ecological requirements (trees and animals).

* Lead subcontractors on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards.

* Report directly to the Construction Director and play a key role in developing the civils capability of the business.

* Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 + pension

The Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within a civils subcontractor environment (e.g. roads, infrastructure, groundworks).

* Background with contractors delivering S278/infrastructure works (experience with regional Civils contractors would be ideal for this opportunity).

* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive projects forward.
