Rate: £25 per hour

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager to oversee the completions of timber frame housing sites in the Congleton area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing construction company that values quality, safety, and timely delivery.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations during the completion phase, ensuring that homes are delivered to a high standard and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all site operations during the final stages of residential timber frame projects

*

Ensure work is completed to specification, on time, and within budget

*

Coordinate with subcontractors, trades, and suppliers

*

Conduct quality checks and ensure snagging issues are resolved promptly

*

Maintain health and safety compliance on site

*

Liaise with clients, inspectors, and internal teams as required

*

Manage site documentation and reporting

Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing residential housing projects, ideally timber frame

*

SMSTS or SSSTS certification

*

First Aid at Work

*

CSCS Card

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

*

Attention to detail, especially during snagging and handover phases
